I left three suits to be dry cleaned, and picked them up when I was supposed to. I took them out once I got home, and I noticed that they were all smattered with dust and lint (ahem... lint brush??). After that initial impression, I noticed that, on one of my husbands suits, they had not made any attempt to remove the spots. There were three spots (one a water spot on the lapel, and the other two cheezy racker smudges from our 3 year old). The "cleaners" do not actually clean. They just press.
