Terrible customer service. I had a coupon for two medium 1 topping pizza's for $10.99. I asked for Chicken on one of them. Rumford Pizza said said ok no problem, it will be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and they charged me an extra 3 dollars. He said the person who took the order did not know this was a premium topping and that I would have to pay extra. I told him that I would not have ordered it if I could not use the coupon. He said rudley, I owed him three more dollars. Why do I have to pay for Rumford Pizza's ignorant mistake%3
