I returned a defective Star Trek Ornament (which was wrapped in tissue paper rather than the usual formed plastic) and was treated very rudely by the two ladies that waited on me. One of which was the very nice lady that sold me the item. Great customer service when you are spending your money, but it's another story when there is a problem. I will not be shopping there in the future.
