HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We really wish we would have read some of the reviews(Warnings) after getting a sales call from Ann Schatzman stating that she could get us the best rates around.(remeber if it sounds to good to be true it probably is) So we decided to Ship an engine block from IL to CA, and when we received it had been damaged beyond repair. We contacted Ann about the damage who assured us that we would be reimbursed for the amount we paid for the engine. After a lengthy Claim process
