I recently purchased a collectible ornament from this store. The ornament was a display unit. The store clerk repackaged the item in tissue paper. The other ornament I bought was packaged in form fitting plastic. Upon arriving home and opening the item, the item was broke. The store refuses to honor the return policy as stated on their cash register receipt. The store stated they would not refund/exchange the item without the store receipt. After driving into the store they refused to refund/exchange the item after I presented the receipt. The return policy on the receipt
