My appointment was for 3:30. I arrived at 3:15 to find a note on the door stating closed untill 3:15. I waited in my care until 3:45 when they FINALLY opened the door. I was seen at 4:05 for a 3:30 appt! NOT OK!!! I would have left but I needed the services done so I stayed...I will NEVER go back! There are too many places that provide waxing services for Glam & Glo to be so carefree about a customers time...
