On November 26,2007 Big Spring texas experienced an unusually large amount of snow. Because of the accumulation of snow my roof began to severly leak for 4 days. I contacted Full Moon Roofing on November 26,2007 leaving a message on their company answering machine (which tended to be the only way in the future I was able to contact anyone with this company) notifying them that my roof was leaking. Fullmoon replaced my roof only 3 years prior so I was not a happy woman, but I did feel that the situation would be taken care of professionally. That was my first mistake. Becaus
