We recently purchased a home in Terrace Community Association because our Realtor found it for us. We had no idea that there would be so many problems with the HOA board in putting up a safety screen on our front door, a security light on our garage or planting one small tree next to our wall on our property. To work with these people is like playing "mother-may-I" like you did when you were in the first grade.
