I am not sure if when I called in for the first time to do a follow up on a returned item today Jan 11, 2010,that the man I talked to was having a bad day or what. But he was condesending and rude, from the first word out of his mouth. I have not called repeatedly or caused him to jump down my throat as if I was dirt. I only asked if he recieved the item of return by USPS, and also asked nicely as to when the full refund would be issued. OMG, this man needs someone to teach him phone customer service when speaking to customers. I am now waiting to see if I get my refund
