Stay clear of this outfit for boat rentals in Grand Lake. What Zach does not tell you when you make your reservation is that when they take your credit card number over the phone and say they are going to run a $75 deposit to apply to your balance, that $75 is actually a non-refundable deposit with no cancellation policy. Our condo flooded the day after making our reservation with Zach - so I cancelled in less than 24 hours of making the reservation - 17 days before our arrival.
