Review
Since Major Appliance Service in Longview picked up my room air conditioner almost 2 weeks ago, we have heard NOTHING from them. Calls to their shop get us a promise of a call from the service person who is always somewhere without cell phone service. "I'll have him call you" but he has yet to call. Problem is, our AC is probably sitting on a bench ignored while other jobs are attended to. This is NOT Fast, Friendly or Dependable in our opinion.
