I'm only writing this here because the feedback link on their website was disabled when I tried it. "I will never use your service again. Horrible customer service. On two separate occasions, my girlfriend has called to schedule a pick up in Munhall more than two hours in advanced and was told a car would be there. Both times she called 20 minutes after the scheduled time only to be told she is on a "waiting list." It wouldn't be as frustrating if you would just be forthcoming with that information from the start. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice
