I was unfortunately stuck with this rental company because I had purchased a house that was still renting their tank. We had a leak late last year into this year caused by the technician not tightening the fill hole. I smelled gas and called the company because I had a leak. They sent a technician who refilled our tank and correctly tightened the fill hole. I ended up being billed the entire amount for the first technician's incompetancy. I've been calling the offices for at least two weeks, only to get empty promises that someone will call me back with answers each t
