This place is horrible. They charge you for everything. They even come out to powerwash your trailer and charge you for the water they use.They never fix anything no matter how many times you tell them about a problem. If you do manage to have someone come out to fix anything you get an idiot who has no clue what they are doing. Don't even try to break your lease if you are unsatisfied. They will charge you full rent for every month left on your lease. The pool is cold as ice. If someone has an accident in the pool, it takes them a week to clean it.
