Review
VITAS hospice ia only one of many hospices in San Diego county. Their man mantra is "Patients and Faamily Come First." This would be true if they had the appropriate staffing. The San Diego program is in trouble. They have recently laid off nurses and office staff due to a decrease in their patient census and not enough funds being generated. Their is poor, lack of communication in the San Diego program which leaves many employees looking over their shoulders and wondering if they will be next to walk out the door without a job. Good job performance is not acknowledge
