Stout flooring is an unscrupulous contractor. He took advantage of a mourning widow who had to move into a smaller house in Cloverleaf retirement homes in Carnegie. Stout charged her $12,284 to floor 1400 sq ft., about half carpeting and half a cheap laminate wood flooring (approx $80 per square yard). The floating laminate flooring has a big bubble in the center that he has not corrected. The bubble is big enough to trip over. Also included were nine plastic/polystyrene window blinds.
