I'm not a huge fan of this company and here's why- my husband placed an order in for our tank to be refilled 2 weeks ago- they told us they'd be out a week from our call. Which wasn't great since we were completely out of gas, and therefore had no heat, but okay, a week is doable. Then after that week went by and no visit, we called again and was told the guy was in our area and would definitly be by that day. So I stuck around the house all day waiting, because the delivery person would have to come in and relight the pilots. So then I called again this m
