There's a giant, grafitti-style mural on the back patio that reads "Sorry, we're open." Purveyors of strong cocktails and great live music, Palmer's is the picture of what a neighborhood bar should be. Prices are low and the people-watching can't be beat. (Anyone who has ever stepped foot on the West Bank knows that that isn't an exaggeration.)
