Manager was very rude. I'm new in the area, so I searched online and found this car wash. However, they don't do a good job cleaning and vacuum your car. They even tell you that you have to pay extra to vacuum your truck! I have never seen that in other places. At least, they should say that before you pay for the service. I complained about it and started doing the job by myself, and the manager came to me and talk to me in a very rude way. So rude that I felt threaten. The manager took my car out of the machine and say that I wasn't going to get the service. I ask
