I was so impressed by the quality of the meat and Home smoked Items that they make. They explained each item and even gave out samples. I was amazed on how lean the summer sausage was. It left no lard feeling in my mouth after tasting! They have large slabs of bacon they will slice for you any thickness.Homemade Breakfast sausage that is 85% lean and lightly spiced. I was so impressed. I will be visiting them again when I'm driving through Pine Island. This was truly a very good experience! P.S. I will never buy Store bought bacon again. It was the best.
