Review

Unfortunately my experience so far has been not very impressive with Dr. Tapp-Reid's office. I'm sure she's a excellent dentist but her office staff has been the opposite. As a potential client leaving 2 messages, and calling 3 times with no response is not very good. Being put on hold for 7 minutes with no one checking is not very customer friendly.
