I have had a monthly contract for unlimited carwashes for more than two years. Until recently everything was fine. Employees have always been friendly and courteous. Within the past two weeks, the manager (owner) has taken it upon himself to drastically reduce staff. It takes 30 minutes and sometimes more to completer the wash cycle. With only three cars ahead of my vehicle this seems uncalled for at a drive through brush carwash.! I mentioned this to him a couple weeks ago and he was very rude and short tempered.
