The vets are good but the office staff and vet techs are terrible. I was about 15 minutes late for an appointment. Then I spent 10 minutes chasing my young lab in the parking lot when he slipped his leash. I wlaked in the door, told them who I was and was told "When do you want me to reschedule you for?" Not an "I'm sorry" nothing. Obviously not big on customer service. When I asked why I hadn't been called - she told me - I left you a message.
