I went to Sylvie's Day Spa for a Brazilian Wax through a Groupon special. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and confrontational over the phone and in person. Her presentation/bedside manner was so nasty I told her I didn't want the service anymore. She mentioned something about "I called her, she didn't call me" and "I'm not your mother," and that did it for me.
