I moved into the complex three years ago with promises and high hopes that this complex would improve with the new owners. Unfortunately, it was great for the first two years. Since the property manager and assist have take over it has drastically dropped. Gardening has stopped with up keep and basic maintenance. Repairs order take several days to weeks. And no the utilities are not included. Good getting a bill from their out sourced company. But, do expect late charges after you have talked to the management about never receiving a bill and they will not help with any
