This place has really tenacious cockroaches. Diatomaceous earth won't kill them, bait kills only a few, spraying means most of them run elsewhere. Tenting the place might get rid of the roaches but there's no way the management will ever do that. For the privilege of living with roaches and having them get everywhere, you pay rent equivalent to a nicer apartment in Santa Clara or San Jose. Save yourself money and heartache and live somewhere else.
