Dog feces in mountains every where. Drunks at the pool. No parking unless you have a garage. Trash blows every where, and is often not picked up by trash trucks. Not a family place w the amount of boozing parties in pool area and neighboring apartments. There were home invasions and police there often the last few months. Cars speed like the Indy 500. Common area utilities always more than ours, and we had to pay for the excessive amounts of non energy efficient Xmas lights from Nov to March 1st. Pipes did burst and ruin people's homes last winter in multiple buildin
