My husband and I lived here for 3 years. The place is a dump! When we moved in there were old newspapers and chicken bones in our cabinets. The carpets were filthy. Mold grew everywhere. During our time living there we had numerous problems: our shower handle popped off and shot hot water onto my poor husband until maintenance showed up, a cat fell in through our roof, our air conditioner stopped working numerous times, etc. Maintenance often takes weeks to "fix" the work orders. Now that we no longer live there, they are charging us $575 in move out fees. They are charging
