My wife and I have been at Kingsbridge Apartments for three years. We've stayed because it's not THAT bad, and it's cheap. Lately though, the issues have been getting worse, and we're just sick of dealing with it. I'm not unreasonable, but I expect the management to uphold their end of the bargain. When things break, it's their responsibility to fix them, especially if it's something important like exterior lighting.
