Two complaints 1) Winter time, the heater cannot keep up. the heater is central heat and it is freezing cold in the apartments. I had to buy two upright space heaters. 2. Not Trustworthy - I signed a short term lease (one month shy of a full year) last year and at the time, they manager Tracy imposed a hefty short term fee per month on me. She promised that anytime I want to turn the lease into a full one the short term fee will be removed.
