Maintenance fixes things cheaply and has to come numerous times rents never consistent they never have water bill added in but spent a year charging a single person 20 I'm now charged 5 so why overcharged. Raise rent and don't tell you don't reprimand loud neighbors don't clean up grounds unsafe mail room area pool areas packed with chairs and boxes and cannot use
