Dealing with the staff of the new management has become so difficult. Very poor customer service. i have been living at the place for the last 12 years, whenever I deal with the staff, they try to give hard time. Recently my rental car was towed within minutes when I took my weekly graceries up to the apartment. The next day I got a temporary parking pass from the office. they took a copy of my car rental agreement. My car was at a garage after an accident.
