Yes I have lived in other apartments, in Detroit, and around campus. Yes it is a great view, and it has a pool. BUT... The view isn't has nice when you can't see out the windows, or your freezing because the window frames and "heater" has gaps where the cold win blows in. The pool is nice except for the owners kids throwing rocks and wood chips in it! Ever since they've been working on the bar, nothing gets done in there AT ALL.
