I have lived here for over a year. I will not be staying. The appliances are old always broken. There is no safe place for your guests to park. Maintenance takes their sweet time, and when they do show up the accuse you of breaking things. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing on all sides. Hope your neighbor doesn't smoke because everything you own will smell like cigarettes. The whole building is incredibly dirty. And they are getting ready to raise the rent for the second time in six months. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET
