I used to live in Cottages on Grant and wish someone had warned me about the management. They have issues. By the time I moved out, I was frankly scared of them. They also do not respect tenant/landlord boundaries. For example, they do not respect the 24 hr notice to come into your apartment and they will pick up and move and/or confiscate your belongings outside.
