I am a current resident in this aparment complex and all I can say is...its a dump. Lets start with the cigarette butts everywhere(and I'm a smoker) its disgusting that there is these among other trash all over the grounds. They don't mow the grass other than in certain areas, the maintenance drives golf carts all over everything, and then they gave notices to my apartment for having a chair on my balcony that I guess wasn't up to standards with their beliefs, and said I have trash out there(yes there is a trash can which 90% of the time is empty), not to mention how they r
