First of all.. It is not safe unless you stay inside your apartment at all times. People drive at speeds in excess of 50mph in the parking lot and when you tell management they just dismiss you. The managers in the office are the most stuck up snobby rude managers in the world. They think they know all and that you are nothing to them. They get to things when its convenient for them.. The Cabbot Group themselves has to be one of the worst property management companies as well. If you voice a concern with them, they'll dismiss you. The property maintenance will just walk
