Its nice living here and everyone is friendly. The maintenance guy is very nice and is always there if you need him. However, in the area I live, the neighbors are noisy. This includes loud music at all times of the day, banging the front door constantly and small children running back and forth constantly banging morning and night. Also certain neighbors dont speak any english, so communication gets pretty frustrating. Another complaint is that there are many times when I come home from work and the neighbors are parked in my spot even though we clearly have numbered spots
