I planned to move in the Monticello Apt. on May 28, 2001. I did not get a chance to move in the apt. because I was unable to the see the actual apt I was suppose to move in due lies and promises they were not able to keep. I went to see the apartment three times, each time I was told a different story. I signed an agreement stating I would not get a refund of $200 if I changed my mind. I did not change my mind, the office staff failed to fulfill their obligations to me. I gave my notice to the apts I lived in, therefore I could not change my mind and go month-to-m
