Ok folks, here's the story. Continental Villa is also Key Property Management. I leased out my house with this company. Every month there was some strange charge; replacing fire detector for the 3rd times in as many months $80, fixing mysterious water leaks that we never had issue with before we rented, hauling off items that were to stay with the house $100 . EVERY MONTH! Also, it took several phone calls and weeks for them to finally start paying us. It was only when we threatened to get a lawyer they started paying us.
