i moved in fairmont apts in 2009 and if i knew then what i know now would have never moved in here.my lease will be up in april and i will be moving out.they do not take care of the property its dirty and trashy.the apartment itself needs to be condemed.the managers and maintence staff,well lets just say i have been waiting for closet doors since i moved in,still waiting,my air conditioner is worthless and my floor in the bathroom is coming up.the laundry facility,its dirty sometimes the machines work and sometimes not,but not before you lose your money,broken w
