This the worst renting experience I have ever had. I have submitted several requests to maintenance because of a "musty smell" and constant coughing by my children and myself. Only to get no response from management except denial of the problem. I eventually had to contact the environmental department for the city to have my suspicions confirmed. There are visible signs of water damage in the unit from the roof area and visible mildew present also. Also if this was not enough the complex is completely unsafe. I have to keep my children's bike locked in my apartment b
