We lived at Lancaster Cornwall from 2009 until 2011. After we paid the deposit and first month's rent we were told the apartment would be ready in about a month. A day before we were due to move in, we asked if the apartment was ready so we could possibly move in early. It was not, which was fine. So the next day we arrive to pick up the keys to find out that the apartment was still not ready.
