Review
I was a resident at The Park at Cedar Lawn from August 2012 - April 2013. I selected this complex because of the gated security, appealing floor plans, and central location near UTMB, shopping/restaurants, and with easy access to I-45 for trips to the mainland. Although the apartment was comfortable and adequately maintained, there were several disadvantages. Although the community is gated, each unit receives only one parking space inside the gate so additional vehicles must park outside the gates on the adjacent streets in the dubious surrounding neighborhood.
