Providence Uptown is not worth. Serious infestation of roaches, fleas and rats. The only thing worse is the crime. You can request crime reports for properties at HPD on Travis Street. In the past several months, tenants have lost over $15,000 in personal property from constant break-ins. In the past few months the Houston Police Department has been their 3 times for a Homocide Investigation. In December, the HPD came to Providence Uptown relating to 4 burgarlaries, aggravated robbery of an apartment, an assualt with theft, a credit card theft and
