Very unproffesional. If you can ever get in touch with the Property Manager then you might be able to resolve unresolved issues. (I doubt it) She is so unorganized and did not follow the TAA lease guidelines. We moved out Dec 31 and still have unresolved issues. This is so sad that a company would allow this to continue. We will not reccommend Summer Lake to anyone or Bailey Properties to anyone. (very sad).
