Terrible!!! These people are impossible to deal with. They never take my maintenance requests seriously (forgotten requests, lost requests), and i think they believe that if they don't acknowledge a problem then it goes away. I once sprained my ankle on their property while walking in to pay my rent. There was a pot hole in the grass.
