I have lived here for many years and over the last 2-3 year this place has become over run with criminal activity. Quality of living is VERY poor here and only getting worst. Nothing is done about noise from neighbors, even if they are knocking the pictures off your wall. ( Lost 3 over the weekend alone ) Have vagrants sitting at your back door, to find drug baggies and used needles the next morning on your porch. ( NOT the first time either ) Was told there is nothing that can be done. For the price we are paying, it is NOT worth it.
