Renting this apartment has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. My unit was previously rented by drug dealers, and they turned it over in a week. Nails stick out of the carpet, drawers aren't on tracks, in fact, they don't even have tracks, the kitchen floor has had to be repaired multiple times, and each time they have managed to make it worse, the maintenance men sexually harass the tenants, the office is openly and blatantly rude to everyone, they have extremely poor money management skills and every month they forget how much to charge
