Fine dining will greet you at our front door. A traditional service style of soup or salad, main entrees and choice of starch is our menu format. We serve daily lunch and weekly dinner specials. The Summit serves a large assortment of appetizers & snacks, steaks, seafood, poultry, pasta sandwiches & salads.  A featured early dining selection is available for those who dine before 6 every day. Every weekend an excellent Friday Fish fry and delicious Sunday Brunch are featured. Our service style balances the line between casual and fine dining. Our dining room is a warm and modern and is  updated on a seasonal basis. Dinner provides choices for every taste from appetizers to entrees. During lunch you have the option ordering  from a traditional lunch menu or choosing  from a variety of buffet options. We offer facilities that can accommodate groups up to 250 for any need. The lounge is a very comfortable place to relax and visit. We offer a wide selection from ice cold tap beers to cordials, specialty martinis and other tasty libations. Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. until 6 p.m., we offer cocktail hour, with special rail prices, complimentary popcorn. Between 4-6 p.m. 1/2 price appetizers are featured.
